工业以太网(Industrial Ethernet)以及现场总线(fieldbus)技术的确是一个非常好的选择,为生产效益提升所贡献的综效(synergy),这是每一位制造业的朋友们都有目共睹的。     在汽车制造行业中,由于近几年来国际的大型投资项目进入到中国市场,尤其是日本的三大汽车公司的项目。身为汽车行业应用解决方案的领头品牌,欧姆龙系统方案正在各个项目中展开,包括生产执行系统(MES),设备监控管理系统(FMCS),情报讯息系统(RFID, 2-Dimension Code, BCR),无线生产资料通讯系统(WT30,WD30)等。拿欧姆龙的现场总线来说,它是基于DeviceNet的平台而构建起来的。当然,以DeviceNet身为一个符合中国国家现场总线标准的解决方案的立场而言,对于各个相关的工业领域的应用,包括汽车,半导体,液晶,化工,钢铁,石油,食品等等行业,DeviceNet的确扮演着非常重要的角色。DeviceNet的解决方案(产品)除了PLC之外,还有相当多的传感器,控制元件,运动单元,配合着欧姆龙的Control Link 控制方案,可以非常整体(integrated)地来满足所有工业界应用的需求。       二、工业控制网络将向有线和无线相结合方向发展。     有线局域网以其广泛的适用性和技术价格方面的优势,获得了成功并得到了迅速发展。然而,在某些工业的生产现场,由于工业环境禁止、限制使用电缆或很难使用电缆,有线局域网很难发挥作用,因此无线局域网技术得到了发展和应用。随着微电子技术的不断发展,无线局域网技术将在工业控制网络中发挥越来越大的作用。       因此,关于无线方案的应用,在目前的市场需求环境之中是非常巨大的,包括个人的生活需求,商业环境需求,和生产制造环境的需求。由于无线应用解决方案的出现,为大家带来了无数的方便性和灵活性。但是,特别是在工业生产的需求领域之中,假如无线的需求方案无法提供一个可信赖的,安全的操作实用性的时候,无线的解决方案就会变成一种危险的问题状况。     无线网络的方案,在制造行业的生产现场里,可以让一个工厂变得更灵活,更方便。譬如说:在工厂的设备安装的平面规划时的柔性,在工厂的设备安装面积利用率的提升,在工艺流程改造和移动时的简单性……等等。当然,无线通讯的安全完全被保证,必须根据国家规范来加以限制,这是基本的条件。       欧姆龙的工业领域无线方案在汽车制造行业中应用广泛,特别是,例如用于生产情报的安东(Andon)系统,和其他的汽车生产现场的特别应用场所。此外,欧姆龙的工业级无线应用方案(WT30,WD30),可方便地、快速地构建起“无线DeviceNet现场总线”的系统。目前,各大日本汽车生产工厂已经都采用了欧姆龙公司的方案。       三、PLC的发展方向和其他特殊应用方案趋势。     长期以来,PLC始终处于工业控制自动化领域的主战场位置,为各种各样的自动化控制设备提供非常可靠的控制方案,与

和工业PC形成了三足鼎立之势。       目前,国内PLC市场仍以国外产品为主,如欧姆龙、Siemens、Modicon、A-B、三菱、GE的产品。虽然国内也有大约30家的生产厂商,但是目前都尚未到达足够的生产规模。     据专家估计,从2000年PLC的国内市场销量为15~20万套(其中进口占90%左右),约25~35亿元人民币,年增长率约为12%。预计到2005年全国PLC需求量将达到25万套左右,约35~45亿元人民币的规模。同时,PLC市场的变化也反映了全世界制造业的状况,2000后大幅度下滑。但是,按照Automation Research Corp的预测,尽管全球经济下滑,PLC市场将会复苏,估计全球PLC市场在2000年为76亿美元,到2005年底将回到76亿美元,并继续略微增长。       基本上,体积微型化、网络化、PC化和开放性是PLC未来发展的几个主要的方向。但是,随着软PLC(Soft PLC)控制组态软件的进一步完善和发展,安装有软PLC组态软件和PC-based控制的市场份额也将逐步得到增长。Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus technology are indeed a very good choice. However, in some industrial production sites, because the industrial environment prohibits or restricts the use of cables or it is difficult to use cables, wired LAN is difficult to play a role, so wireless LAN technology has been developed and applied. With the continuous development of microelectronics technology, wireless LAN technology will play an increasingly important role in industrial control networks. Therefore, the application of wireless solutions is very huge in the current market demand environment, including personal living needs, business environment needs, and production and manufacturing environment needs. The emergence of wireless application solutions has brought us countless conveniences and flexibility. However, especially in the demand field of industrial production, if the wireless demand solution cannot provide a reliable, safe and practical operation, the wireless solution will become a dangerous problem. The wireless network solution can make a factory more flexible and convenient in the production site of the manufacturing industry. For example, flexibility in plane planning of equipment installation in the factory, improvement in utilization of equipment installation area in the factory, simplicity in process flow transformation and movement, etc. Of course, the security of wireless communication is completely guaranteed and must be restricted according to national regulations, which is the most basic condition. Omron's industrial wireless solutions are widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry, especially, for example, the Anton system for production intelligence, and other special application sites in automobile production sites. It is estimated that the global PLC market was US $7.6 billion in 2000, and will return to US $7.6 billion by the end of 2005, and continue to grow slightly. Basically, miniaturization, networking, PC and openness are the main development directions of PLC in the future. However, with the further improvement and development of the soft PLC control configuration software, the market share installed with the soft PLC configuration software and PC based control will gradually grow.
