ABB BDD110 HNLP205879R1数字I/O模块洁净通风系统要达到洁净室空气洁净度的标准规范。近期新建的新冠病毒核酸检测实验室,对空气洁净等级从过往的初效标准,提升到中效过滤标准。
在洁净通风系统中,PLC通过对排风机频率控制,维持室内换气、空气稀释并排除室内有害气体,保证医患人员的安全和舒适性。
1.2 负压控制与实现
负压隔离区域包括产物分析、扩增室、核酸提取、试剂配制、P2实验室、细胞培养、P2+实验室等7个实验区域,共15间负压隔离房,洁净有效区域近400平米。
在负压隔离区,空气必须保证是单方向流动,让外界新鲜空气流向隔离区。单方向流动将避免给隔离区空气造成二次污染,这一切都需要负压控制来实现。
分布在各房间的差压传感器连接PLC,监测每个房间室内外压差值,并与系统设计值进行比较,通过PLC的PID运算,调节房间排风管路上的电动风阀执行器,保持室内负压值在要求范围内。
1.3 负压梯度设定与实现
根据负压值控制外界新鲜空气的流入,负压梯度保证空气从低污染区向高污染区流动。7个不同类型的实验室,受污染的程度不同,负压依次设定为:-30Pa(产物分析)、-20Pa(扩增室)、-20Pa(细胞培养)、-20Pa(P2+实验室)、-10Pa(P2实验室)、-10Pa(试剂配制)、-10Pa(核酸提取)。负压梯度的建立,可以降低空气污染程度,抑制病毒的传播,实现环境安全。
根据设定的负压目标值,通过PID控制,每个房间均可达到负压梯度控制目标。
PLC通过控制和运算,实现对排风机和送风机的调控。排风机与空调机组送风机连锁动作,送风机和排风机的启、停动作同步。排风机根据设于总风管上的压差传感器,根据设定值与实测值的比较,通过PID运算,控制排风机运行频率。
1.4 监测与报警
PLC将各项数据上传到触摸屏(HMI),用于显示负压实验室设备运行状态,各个实验室内当前负压、故障信息、实时曲线、历史曲线等。对各个房间设置目标负压,设置负压上下限报警值,并且将各个房间的情况进行展示。The clean ventilation system shall meet the standard specifications for the air cleanliness of the clean room. In the clean ventilation system, PLC controls the frequency of the exhaust fan to maintain indoor ventilation, air dilution and eliminate indoor harmful gases, so as to ensure the safety and comfort of doctors and patients.
1.2 Negative pressure control and realization
The negative pressure isolation area includes 7 experimental areas, including product analysis, amplification room, nucleic acid extraction, reagent preparation, P2 laboratory, cell culture, P2+laboratory, and a total of 15 negative pressure isolation rooms, with a clean and effective area of nearly 400 square meters.
In the negative pressure isolation area, the air must be guaranteed to flow in one direction to allow the outside fresh air to flow to the isolation area. Unidirectional flow will avoid secondary pollution to the air in the isolation area, which requires negative pressure control.
The differential pressure sensor distributed in each room is connected to PLC to monitor the difference between indoor and outdoor pressure in each room and compare it with the design value of the system. Through the PID calculation of PLC, adjust the electric air valve actuator on the room exhaust pipe to keep the indoor negative pressure within the required range.
1.3 Setting and realization of negative pressure gradient
The inflow of fresh air from the outside is controlled according to the negative pressure value, and the negative pressure gradient ensures that the air flows from the low pollution area to the high pollution area. Seven laboratories of different types are polluted to different degrees. The negative pressure is set as follows: - 30Pa (product analysis), - 20Pa (amplification room), - 20Pa (cell culture), - 20Pa (P2+laboratory), - 10Pa (P2 laboratory), - 10Pa (reagent preparation), and - 10Pa (nucleic acid extraction). The establishment of negative pressure gradient can reduce the degree of air pollution, inhibit the spread of viruses and achieve environmental safety.
According to the set negative pressure target value, each room can achieve the negative pressure gradient control target through PID control.
Through control and calculation, PLC can control the exhaust fan and forced draft fan. The exhaust fan interlocks with the air supply fan of the air conditioning unit, and the start and stop of the air supply fan and the exhaust fan are synchronized. The exhaust fan controls the operating frequency of the exhaust fan through PID calculation according to the differential pressure sensor set on the main air duct and the comparison between the set value and the measured value.
1.4 Monitoring and alarm
PLC uploads various data to the touch screen (HMI), which is used to display the operating status of the negative pressure laboratory equipment, the current negative pressure, fault information, real-time curve, historical curve, etc. in each laboratory. Set the target negative pressure for each room, set the upper and lower limit alarm value of negative pressure, and display the situation of each room.
