ABB O3EHa HENF315087R2通道隔离模块热熔胶机主要用于热熔胶的融化和恒温出胶，主要用在需要长时间稳定供应熔融状态的热熔胶的生产场合，适用于纸尿片生产等类似制品的加工过程。机器需要对胶缸、胶枪和胶管同时进行恒温控制，当温度达到设定值范围后，再启动变频器，变频器搅动熔融状态的热熔胶。使用顾美的触摸屏一体机EX3G-70KH-44MT-16AD-NI120-485P，结构紧凑，集成了16路温度控制，支持NI120类型热电阻，485通信口支持modbus RTU协议的所有功能码，使用方便。热熔胶机，主要分两个部分，温度控制部分和速度控制部分。操作界面有九路温度的设置菜单，报警温度和电机停止温度设置，电机有手动模式和自动模式，自动模式下，马达转速和外部电压呈线性关系，线性关系斜率可以改变，手动模式下，可以直接给定速度。

切管机是用来压制裁切各种普通纸板、瓦楞纸板、塑片、皮革制品的专用设备。适用于印刷、包装装潢、塑料等行业之用。具有结构紧凑、制造精良、压切力大、精度高、使用方便、操作安全可靠等优点。

二、工艺要求

全自动模式，利用3VE的飞剪功能，输入需要切的长度，要求每个切出来的管子的误差在5丝以内。

三、方案
该控制系统主要采用维控人机界面LEVI-700LK，PLC主机使用LX3VE-1412MT,伺服采用位置控制模式。简要方案如下：触摸屏上输入需要切的长度，设定产量，分别输入主从轴一圈的脉冲数，以及主从轴的周长等参数，点击参数确定后，再点击启动，即可工作。

2、 Process requirements

3、 Programme
