主要系统设备介绍:
1. 制冷机选用日立RCUP30AU四台 2. 地源热泵控制系统通过
PLC
与制冷机一起完成水冷却. 3. 恒压给水系统IOP选用idec的pro-face产品,PLC选用MITSUBISHI的Q系列产品,变频器一期工程选用MITSUBISHI的FR-740 18.5KW产品,二期工程选用OMRON的3G3RV 18.5KW产品. 4. 过滤系统选用上海山姆环保设备有限公司产品. 5. 水槽的阀门选用CKD耐腐蚀阀门. 该项目已经投入使用2年,运行稳定,对电池的品质提升和环保效益明显.一种为采用西门子系统的控制方案,另一种是采用台达系统的控制方案。可以根据客户的要求来灵适搭配。
如变频器可使用国产化的产品。
一,传统控制方案
原来的使用方式是:用了2只温度传感器,配用2只温度
显示仪表
,顶部为100℃可调,中部为83℃可调。
83℃ 时为取酒温度,控制蒸汽的大小(温度和压力)和原料的进入全靠人工操作,缺点是:温度掌握不准确,原料泵控制又时大时小。所生产了的酒精不全格。
二,新的控制方案
新的控制方案采用了柔性控制算法,原料泵控制为可调泵的转速。全程操作为自动。只需人员监督设备即可。
考虑到蒸馏塔内压力和酒精供给量的不断变化,如采用传统的PID算法控制存在有:积分时间不断在变化的问题。所以我们采用了以温度给定值为控制参数,积分时间由系统自适应的控制方式。可以根据蒸馏塔内的环境变化动态地调节积分时间。
三, 控制数学模型如下:
1,当 △T1<-e , 且dTi/dT>0 ,蒸气量减小;
2,当 △T1>-e , 且dTi/dT<0 ,蒸气量增大;
3,其它情况时, 蒸气供给量不变。
△T1=T给定-Ti ; e 为控制死区(约为0.25℃~1℃)
四,过程描述:
当蒸气供给蒸馏塔加热时,随着温度的逐渐上升,达到“T给定+e”时,立刻关小蒸气阀门,减小蒸气量。直到温度再次回到:T给定+e点时,保持阀门开度。系统进入亚稳固态。
经过一段温度滞后时间后,当到达“T给定-e”时,立刻增加蒸气阀门开度。蒸馏塔温度又开回升……经过几个温度回滞的周期后,蒸馏塔的温度就会进入T给定温度的稳定状态。
五,系统构成:
人机界面(HMI)选用MT510,或KTP-178。所有控制操作可以在触模屏上完成, 可编程控制器(
PLC
)采用台达ES系列,或者西门子S7200。可以方便的实现PID算法。
变频器选用台达的M系列变频器,或西门子MicroMaster440高效节能变频器。自带有RS485通迅口,可方便与PLC通讯。
温度采集可采用高精度热电偶+数显仪表(自带PLC接口)或PLC专用热电偶模块。
控制蒸汽选用智能型电动蒸汽阀。蒸汽阀两端的压差比较大,不允许调节阀有频繁动作,所以通过柔性控制方案电动调节阀门,可以很好控制蒸汽流量达到设定的控制温度。实现对蒸汽压力及温度实现高精度控制。PLC
