通讯方式灵活的优点，同时它的独特设计也使得BW500能够实现在较大型的配料系统中常用的主从式配料系统结构（如图3）。BW500积算仪的主要优点包括：? 　具有技术的双称重传感器（多四个传感器）平衡功能，能排除不均匀侧向负荷的影响，不需传感器匹配机械平衡；?　具有在线标定、批量处理、湿度补偿、倾斜补偿等功能；?　真正的双路PID调节功能，可以根据不同的工艺需要设定PID的响应时间和调节范围；? 　有效地解决传感器的特性匹配问题, 相比于外接电位器, 可以显著提高系统的长期稳定性。? 　兼容Smartlink技术，支持包括Profibus DP、Modbus、DeviceNet在内多种通讯协议；? 　通过BW500的配置设定，可以实现多达7种不同的PID控制功能组合，基本上满足冶金、水泥等行业应用的要求。

2.3 系统改造方案的确定　　后通过比较和讨论，首矿钢矿业在改造球团厂的项目中选择西门子称重给料机系统作为改造的主要方案。具体配置是：西门子800系列自动称重给料机，BW500积算仪，MM420变频器等设备（如图4）。

2．4 调试与标定要点　　根据工艺要求设定好BW500与变频器MM420的所有参数，以保证与PLC系统的可靠通讯。在静态条件下对BW500进行零点和量程的标定，然后对皮带秤进行砝码标定。下面介绍参数设置过程中的一些技术细节。　　　（１）称重传感器配平如果皮带秤安装了两个或四个承重传感器，在初次标定前应首先须对称中传感器进行电子模拟配平，否则将影响皮带秤量精度。该功能利用P295参数实现。　　（2）皮带速度补偿为了流量计算的准确性，皮带速度的测量值与实际只应该相同，如果不同，则要对速度进行补偿。　　（3）设定标定旋转圈数给功能用于设置标定零点及量程时，皮带旋转的圈数。该功能通过P360参数实现。圈数设置理论上不小于三圈，以确保有效消除皮带整理引起的波动。　　（4）ＰＩＤ整定皮带秤零点及量程标定完后，还要进行ＰＩＤ整定，以满足生产控制需求。将BW500 PID调节设置为自动状态，中控室给量设定值，电子称自动启动，由于称量框架上有砝码，故系统有流量反馈值。当反馈值等于给定值时，突然去掉一个砝码——给系统一个阶跃扰动，观察系统的调节动作，调整ＰＩ参数，直至满足工艺要求为止。皂土秤ＰＩ参数后整定值为：Ｐ＝0.3 ，Ｉ＝0.08。在这样的ＰＩ参数调节下，阶跃扰动约２ｓ即可消除，满足工艺要求。　　以上详细内容参见《BW500操作说明书》。三、使用效果　　改造后不仅实现配料系统远程控制、集中控制，达到精准配料的要求in the upper computer screen, and the real-time alarm information is provided, In this way, the automation level of production operation is improved, the recovery efficiency of ballast water is greatly improved, and the use and maintenance of equipment are convenient. 1.
