二、特点
1、使用维控的PLC，PLC型号为20MT。
2、PLC程序内置算法，通过modbus通讯读取水压值以及变频器当前频率值，当水压不够使plc控制变频器让补水泵开始工作，一定时间内，启动1#补水泵变频启动，变频一定时间即变频达到50hz，水压仍然达不到大值，1#补水泵切换到工频，2#变频启动，直到水压保持在设定值内，当水压恒定在设定值内，即1#工频2#变频运行，此时如果变频器频率低于设定的频率运行超过设定时间，将自动切换到1#变频启动状态。2#电机停止运行。
3、系统中还包含无水信号、变频器故障报警信号。水箱中无水信号、变频器故障报警信号送达plc，系统停止工作。
