The solid particles in the waste gas are filtered by cyclone collector and bag filter, and then the vaporized chemicals are recovered by condenser. After the reaction, the material is transported to the drying unit. The jacket and hollow shaft of each part of the dryer are filled with heat transfer oil, and the main machine of the dryer dries the materials. The drying cycle ends when the drying time, system temperature, pressure and vacuum system flow are close to the specified value. The material is transported to the grading unit, and the material particles are screened by the classifier, which is controlled by frequency conversion.
