ALSTOM MAVS01L1AB0751D总线拓展模块控制系统采用1套 CTH300-C36、Ethercat总线连接8台高性能伺服驱动A4N。PLC后面挂高速计数模块，和数字量输入模块，数字里输出模块，电源模块来配合使用。
1、合信CTH300系列中大型PLC，程序空间数据空间大，扩展能力强，处理器扫描速度快；
2、 高速EtherCAT总线控制方案，接线简洁，控制精度高，速率快，响应实时；
3、通过CODESYS软件可以有效的查看跟踪对应的变量的变化曲线，方便调节；
4、电子凸轮的使用让工艺过程更好控制。
旋盖机控制要点
1.瓶在输送带上输出过来，夹带伺服与水平伺服的同步；
2.设备流水线工作，保证旋盖的同步运动必须到位；
3.设备是双工位，单双数的控制与触发；
4.传输皮带的速度、旋盖的力矩的控制；
5.旋盖时升降轴速度与旋盖转数的匹配；
6.方便操作人员操作，需要配备HMI设定位置、报警、复位等操作。The control system uses a set of CTH300-C36, Ethercat bus to connect 8 high-performance servo drive A4N. High speed counting module is attached behind the PLC, which is used together with digital input module, digital output module and power module.

Control points of capping machine
1. The bottle is output on the conveyor belt, and the belt servo is synchronized with the horizontal servo;
2. The equipment works in the assembly line to ensure that the synchronous movement of the screw cap must be in place;
3. The equipment is controlled and triggered by double stations and single and double numbers;
4. Speed of transmission belt and torque control of screw cap;
5. The matching between the lifting shaft speed and the number of revolutions of the cap when the cap is screwed;
6. It is convenient for operators to operate, and HMI setting position, alarm, reset and other operations are required.
