换热站主要由热交换器、循环泵组、补水泵组、传感仪表、调节阀门、PLC控制柜等组成。

 换热站工作原理:一级管网供水由其自身的压力进入机组的换热器,进行热交换后返回热电厂或锅炉房。二级管网回水经过过滤后,经循环泵进入换热器,被蒸汽或高温水加热后向用户提供所需热水。补水泵将软换水打入系统以补充系统运行损失的水量,并通过变频调速保持系统压力的稳定。
CTSC-200系列PLC自动控制系统主要完成以下功能:
1、一级管网供水、一级管网回水的温度、压力、流量的测量;
2、二级管网供水、二级管网回水的温度、压力、流量的测量;
3、通过控制一级管网供水的流量,保证二级管网供水温度恒定或者回水温差恒定;
4、通过变频控制循环泵和补水泵,保证二级管网供水压力恒定或者回水压差恒定;
