After grinding, the material enters the reaction unit, the screw quantitative feeder adopts frequency conversion control, calculates the deviation between the set weight and the actual weight, and adjusts the speed according to the speed chart to realize the accurate feeding of the metering tank. After batching, the materials are transported to the corresponding high-speed heating mixer for mixing. The waste gas produced in the working cycle of high-speed mixer is separated, condensed and recycled by gas valve, and then released by induced draft fan. The solid particles in the waste gas are filtered by cyclone collector and bag filter, and then the vaporized chemicals are recovered by condenser. After the reaction, the material is transported to the drying unit. The drying cycle ends when the drying time, system temperature, pressure and vacuum system flow are close to the specified value.
